Q1. How do you like to drink your coffee? (e.g., type of beans, brewing method, or even instant coffee if that’s your preference!)
I like the aroma and taste of medium-dark roast coffee beans, and I sometimes add milk when I want to enjoy a different flavour, depending on my mood that day. Since I am a bit impatient(haha), I prefer quick and easy methods. My current favourite is the cold brew coffee packs from Puspusina Coffee (a brand from Kagawa-Prefecture, Japan). Just put a coffee pack in 800-1000cc of water, leave it in the fridge overnight, and by morning you can enjoy rich iced coffee with ease. On a hot day, I enjoy the cold brew with a large ice cube-it is a refreshing and happy way to start the morning.
Q2. Please share your everyday coffee time experience. For example, when do you usually feel like having coffee?
My daily routine is drinking coffee while planning my schedule for the day. It helps me refresh and organize my daily tasks.
Q3. What does coffee time mean to you?
For me, coffee is a happy routine to switch into work mode.

Q1. How do you like to drink your coffee? (e.g., type of beans, brewing method, or even instant coffee if that’s your preference!)
My preferred way to drink coffee is defiantly espresso, without sugar. However, none of my family members like to drink espresso, even though I have an espresso machine at home. It feels a bit disappointing. Furthermore, my son and his wife prefer tea to coffee.
Q2. Please share your everyday coffee time experience. For example, when do you usually feel like having coffee?
I usually feel like having coffee around 3 PM, after finishing a task. I am not such a coffee person, so I sometimes drink matcha at that time.
Q3. What does coffee time mean to you?
For me, coffee time is a moment of relaxation where I enjoy the coffee taste, its aroma and bitterness. With something sweet, it would be perfect.

Q1. How do you like to drink your coffee? (e.g., type of beans, brewing method, or even instant coffee if that’s your preference!)
I use the hand-drip method, pouring hot water into the filter wholeheartedly. I also enjoy the sound of the coffee drops falling and the aroma. I choose coffee beans based on my mood at the time, but I prefer something with acidity and rich flavour, and I often drink KEY COFFEE’s Mocha blend. On hot days, I drink a special blend for a bitter taste, adding ice or cold milk.

Q1. How do you like to drink your coffee? (e.g., type of beans, brewing method, or even instant coffee if that’s your preference!)
It depends on the season. But as it is now summer, I am now drinking ‘Café cortado del tiempo’. It is an expresso with a little bit of milk (I usually use soy) served with a glass of ice. I, then, pour the coffee over the ice and drink it. I like the coffee flavor so I don’t use sugar. When I am at home I use a classic Italian coffee machine to brew the coffee, and I like to buy the grounded coffee beans from the brand Lavazza to make it.
Q2. Please share your everyday coffee time experience. For example, when do you usually feel like having coffee?
I like to drink it in the morning to start working. It motivates me, and it helps me concentrate. I might also drink it after lunch.
